Olena O. Shugailo
Phd in mathematics, senior lecturer
In 1995 she graduated from Kharkov State University with honors, she specialized at the Department of Mathematical Analysis.
From 1995 to 2002 she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Mathematical Analysis (0.5 v.) and the engineer at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science (0.5 v.).
She became an assistant professor of the Department of Geometry in 2002 and a senior lecturer in 2012. Since 2023 she is an associate professor of the Department of Pure Mathematics.
In April 2015 she defended thesis "The structure of submanifolds with degenerate affine fundamental form in affine space" on the specialty 01.01.04 " Geometry and Topology ".
Shugailo Olena published 8 scientific articles and 15 abstracts of scientific conferences. Also she published two methodical developments for the 1st course students (2012). She developed two distance courses "Algebra and Geometry (I semester)" and the "Algebra and Geometry (IІ semester)" (in Ukrainian) for students in long-distance training in the specialty "Informatics".
She prepared 6 electronic manuals in collaboration with G. Ch. Kurinniy and O.M. Nevmerzhitska.
